A highly acclaimed motivational trainer, inspirational speaker, author and management consultant. Having three decades of hands on experience in people development. Asit has received his advance trainings and certifications under a galaxy of world-renowned trainers, spiritual masters and gurus.

Born on 8 July 1951,he has lead over 1100 national and international seminars and workshops for individuals,institutions and business organizations having touched the hearts of over 1,10,000 people. With his inimitable style and command he holds his audiences enraptured for hours on a wide list of topics on Indian Spiritualism and Western Behavioural Science. He personally conducts his programs in English, Hindi and Bengali. He owns the rights of over 20 branded standard programs apart from a host of concepts, methods, audio cassettes /cds, books and publications.

An alumnus of the Faculty of the Management Studies, Delhi University and Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and Mcgrath Institute Of leadership Training, Asit has worked as a Trade and Investment Advisor under the Her Majesty’s Government and has held senior positions in UB Group, NDDB , Gem Refineries Ltd and TMI before entering the training world.

Asit Ghosh has been awarded `The Bhaskar Award 2000’ as the highest appreciation in the field of personality development and his name finds mention in the `World’s Who’s Who and Millennium Hall of Fame’.

    Shri Asit Ghosh has a long association with Indian Airlines. He has been associated with Indian Airlines under the aegis of Time Manager International (TMI), Denmark who conduct training programs on Customer Orientation for various categories of employees, across the board.

    Shri Asit ghosh developed and executed the training programs at Calcutta and Hyderabad in Bengali and Hindi and was permitted especially by TMI to train employees in their vernacular. Shri Ghosh covered about 2500 employees of Indian Airlines in the process and a large number of them were balonging to the category of Loader, Helpers, Safai Karamchari etc.
